Citadel’s Fixed Income and Macro Team Expands Volunteer Events Globally

Through our Connect Volunteers program, Citadel’s Fixed Income and Macro team supports the communities where we live and work by hosting quarterly volunteer events in four of their offices.

In London, nearly 30 team members supported local families by providing 200 kits of baby supplies to Hackney Baby Bank and toiletries to SocietyLinks Tower Hamlets. These activities were organized through our partnership with ELBA, which works with over 200 local organizations that focus on supporting low-income communities and families.

New York and Greenwich team members partnered with Project Sunshine to bring safe and creative play activities to pediatric patients and families. The teams packed more than 300 Kits for Play, providing therapeutic value, fun learning opportunities, and STEM activities for children in local hospitals.

In Paris, all team members joined the Fixed Income and Macro team to assemble and deliver meals to refugees and individuals experiencing homelessness in partnership with Serve the City Paris. The organization’s food distribution program reaches hundreds of people living in 10 districts throughout the city every week.
