Datathons are quickly becoming the place where the world’s best intellectual athletes come to compete. As Justin Pinchback, the Director of The Data Open and Head of Talent Strategy at Citadel notes in the article, “…this is a new and unique approach to finding the world’s very best intellectual athletes in data science, and we’re thrilled to be a part of this movement toward the talent audition, as opposed to the traditional interview alone.”
